Program Managers work directly with our students, communities, activities’ operators, and other program leaders in our destination countries on open enrollment, gap year, and group travel programs intermittently throughout the year for up to 6 to 10 weeks at a time. Program Managers represent Rustic Pathways and mentor our students as they lead them through outdoor adventure activities, community service projects, travel accommodations, transportation from one place to another, and down time.
