Client Success Coordinator I

The Client Success Coordinator works closely with the Personal Travel Advisor team, the Client Success Director, and other administrative teams at Rustic Pathways to help prepare students and families for successful travel. The position is mainly focused on administrative duties that support the collection of payments, travel information, forms, and waivers, etc. This position world across the Open Enrollment, Groups and Gap organizations.
Perform collections and reminder efforts in relation to payments, travel information (flights, passports, etc), and medical and waiver forms.
Monitor organization inboxes as needed for client responses.
Work with clients to answer questions via email or phone regarding collections, forms, etc.
For urgent collections needs, personalized phone calls, emails, and/or text messaging may be required.
Run regular “Quality Control” reports to identify students not yet ready to travel or with administrative issues that need to be resolved.
Perform regular administrative tasks as necessary such as checking in and verifying forms, passports, flights, and converting client enrollment data (Holding Tanks) in Salesforce.com environment.
Other duties as assigned. Requirements / Skills
1-3 years of administrative, customer service, client relations, or telemarketing experience.
Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience working in a high pressure, high demand, and fast-paced growth environment.
Ability to prioritize tasks.
Self-driven and independent work ethic.
High comfort level with business to client service.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), Google Apps (Gmail and Google Docs and Drive), and Salesforce.com.
Work and Environmental Conditions
This position is primarily based in an office setting. The work pace for this position is sometimes fast paced where work is required for up to 2 hours at a time. Low supervision from managers with intermittent prompts. Social interaction with clients and team members required frequently.
This position requires such physical abilities as sitting for computer and phone work for long periods of time, lifting up to 20lbs periodically and carrying office supplies, standing, and walking throughout the Ohio office buildings.
Majority of work is done in a controlled office environment. The environment in which the job is performed outside a normal office space may include exposure to extreme temperature, noise, heights, or other hazards. All remains the same for any additional requirements for training.
