What's the opportunity? 🐢

The Rustic Pathways team is looking for a technically minded person with experience managing systems. You'll work with our designers, builders, writers, hobbits, dragons and marketing leaders to translate our processes into client facing action. Our small but growing in-house marketing team is home to a diverse group of nerds with a broad range of talents. 

In this role, you will manage Salesforce, Formstack, HubSpot, VOIP & SMS Platforms and some other stuff. You are our everything -- systems wise. 

What will I be doing? 🪄

  • Manage our sales and marketing systems. Ensure data accuracy, system integrity, and user access management
  • Provide technical support to users. Troubleshoot system issues. Resolve errors fast
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams. Understand requirements. Provide solutions and install process improvements.
  • Lead nonstop maintenance tasks, including managing user profiles, roles, workflows, and data integrations.
  • Generate reports and provide insights to support data-driven decision-making and strategic initiatives
  • Partner with designers in the visual design of our web properties and systems 
  • Ensure smooth operation, integrity, and effectiveness of our platforms. 
  • Provide technical support to the tech challenged users. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Deliver work at the forefront of best practice and new trends
  • Create impactful and problem solving workflows
  • Ideate and implement proactive technical solutions
  • Balance aesthetic design asks with a need for speed 

What skills do I need? 🤹🏽

  • You have 2 years of experience in Salesforce, Hubspot or other similar system
  • You have high attention to detailz. Typoz make u angree
  • Strong technical skills with knowhow all over the place in system administration, configuration, and customization
  • Ability to understand team or client needs, research, discuss and recommend new solutions or platforms - then implement
  • Certifications are a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to identify and resolve system issues laser fast
  • An familiarity with web performance metrics
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Strong design sensibilities, from high-level strategic direction to production details
  • A general understanding of business. Growth is good. Profits are noble. That sort of thing 
  • Ability to communicate with honesty, clarity, grace and courtesy 
  • Ability to present ideas effectively to those impacted by systems changes
  • Ability to navigate vague overlapping projects 
  • Understanding of HTML/CSS to converse with external developers
  • Understanding of working within a CMS

Compensation

The hourly rate for this position is between $20 to $25 per hour.
